Vasarely Stencil

These stencils can be used with several technics ssuch as inks, paints, pastels etc. to create patterns on polymer clay, paper, cardboard etc.

• Put the stencil on the clay, press lightly to place it using a roller, then dab the paint, pastel, powders etc. The colors/medium are layed down through the patterns.
• Take the stencil off before colors/medium dry and wash it with clear or soapy water, rubbing it with a soft brush.

This not a silk-screen (no weft) but a traditional stencil. So, you can use some mediums (as alcohol inks) which can't be used with silk screens (alcohol gradually destroys the surface of the screen)
