Shipping Costs

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after payment receipt and are shipped via french postal service, Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment and destination country. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Shipping fees are not offered during sales time before closure.

Delivery mode available for a selection of products (texture sheets, Silk screens, templates, abrasives, metal sheets, magazines, small tools) to the exclusion of all others (polymer clay, tools of 3 cm thickness etc.) When choosing the delivery method in your shopping cart, if this mode of delivery does not appear, it is because at least one of the chosen products is not eligible or the total weight of your order exceeds 2 kg. The rates offered will then be the Colissimo and Mondial Relay rates.

Delivery at home: without signature (delivered in the mail box if the package dimensions allow it) within 72h (estimated delay in work days for Metropolitan France).
