Micro-Mesh precision sanding block

A valuable ally of the sander!

This sanding block is specially dedicated to the precision sanding of your jewellery, complex pieces or any other creations requiring quality finishes.
Developed by the sanding and polishing specialist Micro-mesh, creator of the Micro-Mesh cloth, this accessory makes it possible to work on large surfaces, flat or curve, but also detailed areas.
Its size perfectly adapted to the hand will bring you great sanding comfort. The abrasive is wrapped around the foam, the hand and fingers are no longer clenched on a thin sheet but hold a block which becomes a tool that is easily handled.
Made of high density foam, it is water-resistant and extremely strong and lasting.
All types of abrasives can be used, water sanding paper, cloth like Micro mesh, Abranet etc.

Use:

• Cut 1/4 of the sanding sheet and wrap it around the block. Micro mesh cloths and Abranet squares have a suitable size to be placed on the foam.
•  If you want to sand specific areas or details, lign up one edge of your abrasive with  one edge of the block and use this part.
•  For flat surfaces, it may be helpful to bring the piece to be sanded onto the block and move the piece flat on the stationary block.
