Crystal'Diamond epoxy resin

The creator's favorite inclusion resin !

Complete drying : 48 hours. However, it is preferable to protect the creation from direct sunlight for the first 15 days.

Resin Resistance:

• Heat: the resin is resistant up to approximately 60° C.
• Water: the resin is perfectly resistant to water.
• UV: the resin offers good UV resistance.

Direction of Use:

• Dose 2 volumes of resin for 1 volume of hardener.
• Proceed in two stages: once mixed, transfer to another container while scraping the bottoms well and stir again until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without milky veil and without bubbles.
• Apply to the support by pouring gently to avoid bubbles.
• Spread using a toothpick or any other tool.
• To remove any bubbles, pierce the larger ones with a fine point, use a heat gun or a flame passed quickly to remove the smallest bubbles.
•  Wait a few seconds for the surface to be perfectly smooth, protect your creations from dust by covering them without contact.
• If the resin has overflowed slightly on the sides of your piece, you'll be able to sand it after drying using grits of 360 to 1000.

- How to use the resin if I do not have a sufficiently ventilated room? We recommend that you use an ABEK1P3 degree respiratory protection mask to protect your respiratory tract.

- Which resin should I use? For creations 1 to 4 mm thick, we recommend Glass'Lack resin, it is a glazing resin. For creations more than 4mm thick, you must use Crystal'Diamond resin, which is a resin for inclusion or molding.
