Cernit Pasta Machine

Solid and compact, the Cernit pasta machine (Marcato Atlas 180) allows to make 10 different sheet thicknesses (from 0,6 mm to about 2,5 mm) with a 18 centimeters maximum width. It's an essential tool for polymer clay players. The pasta machine allows you to soften clay slices from blocks, roll out constant thickness sheets, create skinner blends, thin sheets, make crakled sheets etc.
Made in Italie by pasta machine specialists, this chrome plated steel model has a robust design for intensive use (anidized aluminium rollers, plastic scrappers) It's provided with an ergonomic handle and a clamp to secure the machine on your bench when working.

Precautions for use:

• As a general rule, do not pass any sheet whith a thickness greater than 2 times the roll gap.
  
• Do not try to pass too thick clay sheets in your machine (for example a whole block) It would cause a stress and a too important spacing of the rollers and the thickness of your sheets of clay would no longer correspond to the settings. In addition, you could damage the mechanisms, which is not covered by the warranty.
• When you want to refine a sheet to the thinnest setting, gradually go through all the settings to avoid forcing on the rollers.
• If the rollers crack, lubricate the gears with vegetable oil or petroleum jelly.
• Clean your machine with a cloth or a baby wipe cloth, do not wash it with water, do not put in the dishwasher.
• Contains small parts, risk of suffocation. Use by a child only under the supervision of an adult.
• The machine can be disassembled to clean the scrapers.
• If used for polymer clay your machine must be used for alimentary purpose.

In addition to the 2-year legal warranty, the Cernit pasta machine (Marcato Atlas 180) comes with an exclusive 8-year extension on manufacturing defects.
