Plastic folding tool

The folding tool is originally a book binder tool allowing to flatten the folded paper sheets.

It's a very useful tool for polymer work, to smooth your clay sheets made of cane slices or not.

Lay a Deli paper on your clay and smooth with the flat part of the tool, applying a slight pressure and making round movements. Be careful not press too hard, you may deform the patterns or create hollow areas. Don't crumple the paper which could let print very difficult to erase.
